Rando the search by avtarid or userid is implemented in Shared-Item databases, you can search by avatar name / avatar id / author name / author id.
for your argument, our dev says

The vrchat API has never publicly provided any function to find all his avatars based on authorid/name. Even if it does, it is only open to their internal staff and is not exposed to any of their API endpoints.
All currently known websites/mods or other things that provide similar functions, they first start recording from the user side, and upload a large amount of data to their own servers over time. After having enough data, they will get An own database that is approximately 1:1 with the vrchat database, so they began to provide search functions and support the functions you mentioned, but this is also based on the situation where the server has a large amount of data.
