We have just applied the "window period" time to the new user. Whenever a user just joined us, the user will get 24 hours of cooling, so that users can understand our rules and read Pinned posts during the period.
During the cooling time, the following functions are disabled:
-The ability to upload on the Upload page.
-The ability to submit on the Tracker page.
-The ability to download and fetch on the ID-Downloader page.

More restrictions that may be applied in the future will be edited and updated in this post.

Note: After we consider it again, we will increase the cooldown of ability to submit Tracker to 5 days.
We have found that many people just create accounts, and then try to use the number of available times after waiting for 1 day, but never really care about whether these requests are found.
