When clicking on an avatar and going to download it, "unauthorized" appears upon clicking download. Is there a reason for this, have I messed up the process or is this just another error? What exactly must be done to be granted authorization?

    kayto_valorum If it fails only occasionally, it is normal. I suggest you try again after waiting for a few seconds.
    Then make sure your browser does not have cache issues. You can try to force a refresh by pressing ctrl+f5 on the page.

        It consistently shows "unauthorized." with every avatar ID I try, I haven't found anything wrong with the cache and I've even tried it on a separate browser. Force refreshing with control f5 has no effect either. I'm quite concerned, I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue yet.

            kayto_valorum This issue cannot be confirmed, but I suggest you try to register a new account with a shorter name and try again. If the problem persists, we are pretty sure the problem is on your end.

                  it doesn't say unauthorized anymore but it doesn't let me download it just allows me to press download again
